I can engrave on all sorts of wood, plastic, leather, glass, and coated metals. I am one of the few shops in the area with a chuck style rotary, allowing for engraving on items that many shops can’t do, such as spheres, as well as tumblers, glasses, and more!

I can cut thin wood and acrylic sheet, even leather. With extremely tight tolerances the details are amazing. This is idea for emblems & signs, but I can even cut out pieces for DIY crafts and projects.

So what can we really do?

Our capabilities are fairly vast. I can handle the simplest of projects like engraving a dog tag, to larger jobs commercial and office name plates throughout your building. The list below is some basic types of projects I can handle for you! I like challenges and odd projects, so don’t be afraid to ask! I do have minimums on certain things, but I am not a 500 piece minimum type of shop.

I tend to do more “artistic” type stuff than most engraving shops. I do a lot with blending wood and acrylic, painted and stained wood. I do a lot of emblems and name plates. I also do a lot of prototype pieces.

About Us

Chop Shop Laser Cutting & Engraving is a small, home based, family owned business, located in Grand Blanc, Michigan. With over 25+ years of graphic design experience, I can quickly take your project from idea to completion. I specialize in custom work, and small run jobs, although I can handle larger jobs with professional speed and quality as well. Being home and online based, I don’t have the large overhead of many of the local “trophy and engraving” shops, so my pricing is very competitive.

I work off hours, but am available for appointments almost any day of the week, as well as very flexible times. I have some of the fastest turn around times anywhere in the area. Shipping, delivery, even installation are available as well.
